Welcoming Winter Self-Care Evening- Small Group Gathering

Many people find the darker and colder winter months a challenge. Greeting winter as an old friend and connecting to the helpful qualities of the season can help with a different perspective. This small group gathering will encourage you to consider your self-care needs as you explore winter's restful and reflective qualities.

A guided journey meditation will help you understand the most important self-care needs you have this winter season and how you can meet them. We'll also enjoy some light winter-focused refreshments as we talk about all the beneficial qualities the season offers. 

We will sit/lay on the floor for this gathering, so please bring a yoga/camping mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to be comfortable. A notebook, pen, and water bottle are a good idea. You will also have an opportunity to browse the items in the Your Journey shop, AND you will leave with a mini gift bag of goodies to support your winter self-care needs. 


This gathering is limited to a total of 5 people.
