The perfect opportunity to explore your inner world more deeply with consistent guidance, tools, and support! We'll engage in various ways to work with energy and intuition, including Universal energy, Tarot/Oracle cards, and nature. This will be a nourishing and empowering container to help you focus on the inner journey that most suits you.

TOPICS WE'LL COVER

We'll be sure to cover the following topics during our time together:

Working with Universal Energy like Reiki, including a ceremony to open you to channel energy for yourself.
Connecting with and trusting your Intuition, including embodied practices.
Supporting yourself with Daily Practices with a focus on designing an intention altar and working with Tarot/Oracle cards.
Working with the energy of Nature and discussing Shamanism and shamanic journeys.

Participants will inform the rest of the topics that are covered, which could include:

Past Life Regression
Chakras
Spirit Guides
Creativity and Self-Expression
Kairomancy (signs and omens)
Personal Ceremonies

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Seven 2 1/2 hour in-person group mentoring sessions. Each will include an experience or activity relevant to our topic that month.
Access to the Community Hearth space and a group space in my online membership space, Your Journey YOUniversity, so participants can check in, ask questions, and support each other between sessions. This space will also house additional tools and resources for your use during the mentorship period.
A copy of the "Liberate!" book.
A copy of the Shifting Energy Guidance Deck.
A spiral-bound journal for use with this experience.
