We'll be sure to cover the following topics during our time together:

• Working with Universal Energy like Reiki, including a ceremony to open you to channel energy for yourself.

• Connecting with and trusting your Intuition, including embodied practices.

• Supporting yourself with Daily Practices with a focus on designing an intention altar and working with Tarot/Oracle cards.

• Working with the energy of Nature and discussing Shamanism and shamanic journeys.

• Past Life Regression

• Chakras

• Spirit Guides

• Creativity and Self-Expression

• Kairomancy (signs and omens)

• Personal Ceremonies

What you'll receive:

• Six 2-hour in-person group mentoring sessions. These will occur on the third Sunday of the month, except the first session, which will take place on April 23, 2023, from 10 am - 12 pm. July will be a break with a live check-in call if the group wants it. The last session will be on October 15.

• One mid-month specialized tool like a recorded journey meditation or workbook.

• Online group space (Facebook group or similar ) so participants can check in, ask questions, and support each other between in-person mentoring sessions. 

• A copy of the "Liberate!" book.

• A copy of the Shifting Energy Guidance Deck.
